You can see Google chrome browse latest version above. Now you must go to setting section of the browser.
Click on option and you will appear on settings as follows.
In this window you can see "Basic, Personal Stuff, Under the Hood and Extensions tabs. Click on Under the Hood tab, then you will see "Content settings" button like above, click on it. It will appear as follows.
Under cookies section tick on "Block third-party cookies and site data" option
Above is my personal Browser setting, I will block and clear all cookies when I'm exit from any site. I have tick "Clear cookies and other site data when I close my browser" and chosen option as "Allow local data to be set for current session only" It will result when I'm close my browser all site data and cookies will automatically cleared. Now close this window.
In next step you can see how to clear seated cookies from Chrome browser.
Go to "Clear browsing Data" button and click on it. You will appear above dialog box. Choose which you want to clear and select time from the list, Finally press on "Clear browsing data" button to clear all cookies.
After all do successfully you can see block cookies when you browse web sites.
But today we can see some major business and social media web site broken this limitations.
ex: www.paypal.com, www.ebay.com, www.google.com and other social networks.
They will set flash cookies/third party cookies by ignoring this settings,
You can clear that flash cookies using ccleaner tool.
Try using CCleaner version 2.29.1111 or higher. You can see flash cookies as application data. It never mark as browser data, It always mark as Office data or other application data, But actually it will appear web site URL and site privacy data stored.
